Nigel was a recognised industry expert, having begun his property career 35 years ago. Since 1988, Nigel had been acquiring both investment and development opportunities in various asset classes. He had built and sold substantially in excess of £1 billion of real estate across the UK and Europe.

Nigel co-founded and ran Fusion, an industry leader in the acquisition, development and trading of residential homes (Fusion Residential) and student accommodation (Fusion Students). The firm’s track record and unrivalled quality of build has earned respect and recognition for any scheme with a Fusion badge.

Nigel co-founded TriOffice, assuming the role of Chairman. He remained a strategic advisor to TriOffice until his passing in February 2026.
